What the words mean

  • An import is one set of data kept up to date in one tab: a table or a query, from one source, on one schedule.
  • Cells per import is rows multiplied by columns, the largest result one import may write.
  • Refresh is how often an import may run on a schedule. Business applications are limited to every 15 minutes on every plan, to protect your own allowance with them. A refresh by hand is always possible.
  • Update by key updates rows already in the tab and adds the new ones, matching them by a column you choose.
  • AI credits pay for drafts written by the AI. One credit is one US cent of what the model costs to run. A typical draft uses about one credit or less.

Paying, changing and stopping

  • Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, which sells the subscription as merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. We never see or store your card details.
  • Moving up to a larger plan, or from monthly to yearly, takes effect at once; you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect on your next billing date.
  • Cancel any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the team returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • No overage fees. Reaching a limit stops that one action and tells you why.
  • Refunds: a first purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy.
  • Queries against your own systems can cost you money with their provider, for example BigQuery. SyncStudio shows BigQuery's estimate before a query runs.
