One address for everything: questions, early access, support, refunds, and privacy requests.
What to include
- Early access: which source you want in a spreadsheet, and roughly how many rows.
- Support: the name of the import, what you expected, and the message the sidebar showed. Please do not send passwords, API keys or the contents of your data.
- Refunds: the email address you paid with and the date of the payment. The refund policy says what can be refunded.
- Privacy: what you would like to see, correct or delete. The privacy policy says what is kept.
- Security: see reporting a problem.
Billing questions
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments. To change your card, download invoices or cancel, open SyncStudio in your spreadsheet, go to Settings and choose Billing.
